For the first time, I wish I lived back there. Used to live in the Flower Fields condos on the hill on the other side of 78 across from that Hooters. Been there several times. I have a client up in Capistrano and have been hoping to get out there, but they've gone dormant on me. Man, sometimes I do miss that area.
