    Transfer account from old to new ipad

    Transfer Kingdom Age account from old ipad2 to new ipad.I can seem to get the password to work.I spent £100's on this game and don't want to lose my process and money can you help Mark speed things up please.

    Ho well this takes to long then I be contacting ITunes for my £1000 back I really thought that you were trying to improve your customer service times.

    I got a reply, thought great but looks like you need both devices to transfer so looks like I'm out of luck.
