Looks like I'm going the same as the last few box events.
I seem to get to 3 and then stall out for days, finally getting up to around 8 or 9 by the end.

After 12 sorry , got 3 scarab in a row with knife. WOW!!!!!!!!

8 of 10 open with cash option 7scarabs and 15k in cash. Might be my best start in any event

Now 9 of 11 opened. 7 scarebs 15 k in cash and. 300 in hp
I will only open if I awake in he night. No alarms. This method worked much better last time so I'm sticking to it

at 5 scarabs now, estimating to reach perhaps 15 or slightly more scarabs.

<sigh> Still stuck on 3 scarabs (did get about 9500 gold in 2 parts) after about 15 attempts (all gold except for 1 rusty knife).

On a separate note - re the super high Attack stats of the No.1 prize (I don't recall ever seeing something above the 1000-1999 level before), could this be an indication that GREE will be upgrading all the unit stats soon?

Or they want to make the no.1 more desirable each event to encourage spending
