Looking back your biggest mistake is....

On the issue of points going to Attack or Defence (as opposed to Hero Strength), wasn't there some event prize that actually gave a bonus to Attack(?) skill points ... or was that to the Attack stats? Think it was +100.

Not trying for the IPH event. I was close and if I leveled the Granary, I would have won the Aracane defender.

Should have started building my economy and upgrading my vault as early as possible. Guess its common to just wade into a game rather than study it ... I hate reading instruction manuals!

Upgrading my Colosseum to level 7 for the paladins. I should have put the time and money into something else.

Yeah looking back:
- Not getting the Guardian Elemental's ability of 2 upgrades at a time.
- Wasting some of my upgrades and time
- Not being interested in the game until I hit level 50.
- Oh yeah and those points in Defense.

HAHAHA, my friend, you are right on that, all skill points should go to Hero strentgh, at first does not seem to make much difference, but after a few levels, they make a huge diff in mastering the maps faster using way less energy
(compare at killing the Bone Lord with 12 hits instead of just 6/7)

Wasting time upgrading unit buildings that get outdated too soon (i.e. Barracks)

If I started again I think I'd be a rogue because I like the rogue avatar armour. Other than that, a few unnecessary unit building upgrades.

Should have upped my def instead of attack early on so I would have a perfect record instead of these 8 losses
