How will this influence current robbing, killing of rivals, and arena scenarios? Can we now perform these task on our rivals infinity amount of times now?

My question exactly. Will this mean that we will be vulnarable to unlimited attacks? Or will you at least give us some very high money value cars, weapons, defence etc: to spend the 20 to 50 millions I make every day?

Things will go back to the previous limits of 5 attacks on a player per hour per player. (In other words, any given player can only hit you 5 times per hour.)

By the way Mark, once you have removed the health tab, can you now put the Respect and Steel tabs on the top so that they can both be seen on all pages?
is it going to be the skill points used for health that get reset, or a total reset option?
How will damage be shown when being attacked and attacking? I hope it fixes the problems where as before, someone with lower defense would take one less health point off.
