Noobie in need of help!

I'm looking for help or suggestions on what to do/where to go from my current stage. I am level 26, I have 1,700,000 money, and no steel. I also have 130 active mafia, 180+ total mafia. Any tips on how to gain steel quickly? Any other tips will also help me greatly!

The best thing you can do to collect steel now is visiting your friends daily, and protecting/robbing as many stadiums, opera houses, nightclubs, ... (pretty much anything that gives you a collection with a good steel reward)

Also post your materials (paint, cinder blocks, ...) daily even if you don't intend to upgrade anything yet. They will come in handy in the future.
