my frosty snowman building is on a level 7 now, from 6 to 7 it was around $1.2mil and took 24 hours, it pays out $136,400 on level 7. Next upgrade to level 8 will cost $1,811,278, and take 36 hours and will payout $184,801

I will keep updating after upgrades.

There is (or was) one of these Snowman's Hideouts right on the Plaza Juarez in Cananea, Son. MX, but durned if I can find a pic of it either on the Webz or in any of my old pics. I've got a friend down in that area, I'll see if she will swing by and see if it's still there.

[While Sonora and Chihuahua remain (safely?) under control of the Sinaloan Cartel, outbreaks of violence between Los Zetas and the Sinaloans are uncommon but not unheard of, so I think the building fits quite nicely.]

Can anyone explain why someone would buy the snowman building for 125 gold which pays $4,000 every 8 hours to start, as opposed to the Pirate Tavern for 110 gold which pays $100,000 for the same time period?

Sure, if you're not high enough level to grab the Pirate Tavern, you might think about the snowman.

@illuminati I second what Duder says, not to mention its relatively cheap and quick upgrade cost making it, in some aspects, better than a level 6 or 7 loft but costs about half the money and time.

I can, my camper account at level 32 has 3 snowmen buildings all nearing level 10. thats over $900k every eight hours.
along with the gobble buffets that add another $600k every 8 hours, that totals at $1.5mil every 8 hours.
My IPH has rocketed to $256k and saving for a nightclub will be not so hard now.
